ILA has supported thousands artists facing censorship, persecution, and forced displacement. By providing legal protection, resettlement pathways, and opportunities for public engagement, ILA empowers artists to continue their creative practice in safety and reach audiences worldwide.

Since ILA’s inception, artists in ILA’s network have shared their work globally through publications, performances, exhibitions, and other events, affirming artistic freedom as a vital part of cultural and civic life.
